Pizza Hut made an order for me on the 12-20-2025, and the pizza had very little marinara sauce, the chicken was dry and also the pineapples. I called back to pizza hut on Volunteer Parkway, Bristol, Tenn, and made a complaint to Justine,the General Manager, apologized and gave me two choices to either get my money back of $20 or an in store credit. Natually I said that I wanted my money back. The new guy had put the last four digits of my phone number backwards and it would take some time to get it straight that my money will be back into my account in a few days. The salad bar was clean and fresh. Nice crispy lettuce. Fresh cheese sticks and pizza. My mom was the only thing missing. It was one of our favorite places for lunch.

Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.

Didn't get a chance to eat. The information online said buffet till 3:00. We went in and was told it ended at 1:00. You need to state this on your website or update it. We drove 25 mind just to be disappointed. Please update your information.
