Pizza Hut

Corporate needs to choose better management at this location. The manger was screaming at customers today .. telling them to get out of her store. It was 7pm & she told everyone that she was canceling all orders because she didn’t feel good. Do better Pizza Hut.

It’s a small Pizza Hut compared to the one we have back home the food was amazing. I would definitely be going back while I’m in Carthage working.

I ordered a large thin crust supreme with extra veggies,light sauce extra cheese. What i got was uncooked dough in the middle and burnt crust on the top. And there was no extra cheese it was also cold the cheese wasnt even warm! O and lets not forget the extra veggies which were not extra at all and they weren't even cooked! And I even gave a 15% tip for carry out. Worst pizza in Carthage Texas!!

Ordered pizzas and wings almost two hours ago, somebody from doordash contacted me because she was waiting for 40 minutes and order wasnt even started. When I called the store they said I have to go to pick them up. This is insane, no communication at all and they dont even have their own drivers. I called again and they told me to call customer support and hung on me.

Stopped to pick up a couple pizzas on our way from Houston to Arkansas. I have to say the pizza here was amazing. I've had my fair share of pizza hut in my area, but the pizza here is on another level delicious. Service was great. The lady at the register was very kind and welcoming.
