Pizza Hut

The quality of the food at Pizza Hut has really taken a dramatic decline. I ordered a large pan pizza and it was UNDER COOKED!! It was doughy and nasty. The pepperoni wasn't even cooked through. Then the bread sticks are about 3 or 4 inches shorter than they used to be!! Also, the sauce container was only half full in a clear container!! What a joke. So shrinkflation has definitely affected Pizza Hut! I would avoid this poor quality pizza joint.

Order delivery for my job today. And Heather was amazing. Helped me order on a phone because I can't do this. Social media online order stuff. Food was delicious. She educated me on where they put the marinara sauce in the boxes. I've always thought Pizza Hut was the gold standard for Pizza ever since I worked there 3 times as a kid.

Ordered pizza tonight for dinner 2 cheese pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and black olives all hand tossed. I got what I assume is thin crust with no sauce!!! Breadsticks were not even cooked all the way!! Tried to call and complain and all you get is a call center not the store!!!!! Horrible horrible service will not be going again

It never fails that when I order for delivery it never gets delivered at the estimated time. I know ETA doesn’t mean it’ll be super accurate but when it’s 20-30 mins past that time I’d say it’s safe to say that it’s terrible delivery service. I don’t live 20-30 mins away from the store and maybe they have multiple deliveries, well maybe they should hire more delivery drivers. This happens every time, and not to mention the times where I’m missing items on my order. Just over this place I tried to give it multiple chances but I think this was the final straw. I just wanted to feed my family after working 12 hours.

They did not disappoint on Super Bowl Sunday. They had my order ready when I came to pick it up, and they got everything I ordered. Though I dropped a star because they didn’t cut my cookie, and the sausage pizza tasted a little watery. Pepperoni Pizza, BBQ Wings, and Breadsticks were the spot.
