Pizza Hut

This place must be under new management. I just had a picture perfect pan pizza delivered to me. You would think that it was made by Ai. Been ordering from Pizza Hut Centreville Square since 1991 and I’ve can’t recall ever getting a pizza this perfect. Delicious.

I ordered off the app and called the store to make sure a modification went through. I was informed by the manager it didn't but he was so kind to help me out and fix it. I appreciate this level of service and care and why we continue to come back. Thank you!

My family and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for years, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The team in the kitchen deserves real credit... the pizza is crafted with care, baked perfectly, and arrives exactly the way we asked for it. You can tell the chefs here take pride in their work. And on the rare occasion something isn’t quite right, they always make it right without hesitation. Reliable, delicious, and made by people who genuinely know their craft. This location has earned our repeat business for a reason.

It is the closest pizza hut to me. I was disappointed when they took off the salad from their menu because now if I want a salad with my pizza I'd have to get the salad elsewhere whereas I could have gotten everything together in one order and at one location. Besides that though, it is a typical small pickup place. The front lobby is clean and the people that work there are nice and friendly. While prices have increased it isn't their fault as that is just the way how life is. There are deals to be found from their website so indefinitely recommend going through there first. Overall though, while it won't change your life, it certainly won't disappoint you either. You get in, get your food, and get on with your life. They make it easy to not get in the way of that and I appreciate it.

I placed an order on February 8, 2026, at 5:10 PM, with a scheduled delivery time of 6:15 PM. As of 7:37 PM, the order had still not arrived. I contacted customer service and was informed that while the order had been received, the store had not yet begun preparing it. I was then transferred directly to the store, where I was placed on hold and remained on hold for approximately one hour without speaking to anyone. After disconnecting and attempting to call back two or three times, the store abruptly hung up on me without explanation. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service. If the store was unable to fulfill the order in a timely manner, I should have been notified prior to the scheduled delivery time. Being left on hold for an extended period and h
