Pizza Hut

Ordered food through Pizza Hut app, never received it. Called store, the operator kept directing my call to the store but no one answered. Reported to bank for refund. Additionally they don’t have their own drivers it’s through door dash so not sure who messed up on the order.

Service is typically super slow and the place is filthy. I moved out of state and there is no longer a Pizza Hut by my house. Every time I come to visit my family, I give them a chance and I’m disappointed each time. The food is good but the service is terrible. I worked retail for 15 years so I get that sometimes you’re short handed. They need better planning and leadership to turn it around. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Now I understand why they closed so many locations.

I would recommend downloading the app to get better deals, initially I was supposed to pay $26 after tax for a L stuffed crust pizza. With the app, after tax I payed $17, better deals in general. When picking up my order, the staff was fast and the wait wasn’t long but the establishment in general looked very dull. There was a drug addict sleeping inside and the tables were not clean. It wasn’t very vibrant inside, so I definitely wouldn’t dine in, but for online orders (delivery/pickup) works fine.

Pizza Hut no longer hires own drivers, and has decided to only use door dash. The dashers that have delivered my food have no care of the quality of the food, they do not deliver the pizza in Hot bags, they simply just put in backseat of car. Always arrives cold, never ordering Pizza Hut again.

I ordered pizza, wings and dessert for the price are happy 😋😋😋
