Pizza Hut

Terrible customer service! Asked about a personal pan pizza and was told they don't have personals. Umm. That's weird! Cause unless they lost the pans to cook the personal pizzas in, you will have them. I then asked the pizza hut worker, "do you not have personals pans or did you ran out?" She said, ran out! Yeah, ok. Not to mention, she answered the phone like I was bothering her by calling and she's the one at work. Sad!

Poor service, bad attitude, shift blame, no accountability and this starts at the top with the management team. Ridiculous order somewhere else

The large pepperoni pizza we ordered at the Clinton, MD Pizza Hut last week ranks right up there with the WORST pizzas we've ever had! This really deserves ZERO STARS! Trying to contact someone and to place an order, it was very hard to get questions asked and I order was not a priority to make a sale. They did not answer the phone in a timely manner. I am very disappointed with the service that was given by two different workers. It is very confusing when they try to explain the order procedures.
