Pizza Hut

I decided to try the new “flatzz” pizza and was very disappointed in what I got. My pizza was burnt to a crisp and had no evidence of cheese ever being on it. The entire pizza was covered in Cajun seasoning (which it says no where in the food description). I was very excited to initially try this until seeing it. Had to look up reference photos of what it was suppose to look like. Customer service was great prior, not sure what happened here.

Ordered 2 pizzas for lunch, 1 thin and crispy and 1 pan pizza that u have to pay extra for pan but it was like a hand tossed just greasy. The thin and crispy was dry and like cardboard, definitely not was pizza hut used to be.

O.M. Gosshh!! I wish I would have took pics of the cheesy breadsticks because they were PERFECT!!! The pizza was PERFECT!! Absolutely the BEST Pizza Hut I have had in probably 10 years! Great Job Everyone! We got pickup because we are staying in a hotel for the night and it was a great choice for tonite! Wow.

Ordered 4 flatz and a chocolate chip cookie. All were burnt and not edible. Never going there again.

Absolutely everyone in my family was sick the next day! While we were there I sent some food back to be remade because you couldn't bite into it but the rest of my family had pizza and cheesesticks and we were all sick. I doubt we'll be back again.
