Pizza Hut

This review is for the manager, Issac. I ordered two pizzas today for my nephew’s. The door dash driver must have dropped them or did something because they arrived with the toppings off and the sticker on the box broken. I called and spoke with Issac and he was very nice and apologetic and he offered to remake the pizzas even though it wasn’t their responsibility to do so. I really appreciate the great customer service and that he had new pizzas re-delivered. Thanks again.

I ordered a stuffed crust with tomatoes for delivery on Sunday around 4:30. The first pizza came burnt, the cheese is a dark brown and the tomatoes have black burnt edges. I called the store and the gentleman I spoke with said they have an issue with the tomatoes shriveling up but that it wasn't burnt. I let him know it was burnt and he sent another one out no issue. The second one has arrived, marginally less burnt than the first. You could argue that it's well done, but that's not what I ordered. I guess the moral of the story is don't order a stuffed crust.

The worst Pizza Hut location.Forgot a large portion of my delivery order,called to rectify it and was repeatedly placed on hold with zero response,refund or offer to have the items that were missing delivered.Almost a $100 order.Waste of a $7 delivery charge and $10 tip.Various customers all with similar complaints.Please close this location if you have no desire to run it properly.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in ages, but with the advertisement of a large pizza for $12.I thought I'd give it a try. Although this location didn't have a large pizza for the price.They did provide a medium pizza.And it definitely was hot and pretty tasty. The cashier was excellent funny and entertaining and it's nice to see people like this.

I ordered online for pick up earlier today and I gave my credit card information online then got charged. When I went to pick the pizza up then they tell me that they need to charge my card again but I communicated that I already got charged but they said there were no charges on their side. I say okay to be cooperative and let them charge my card again but when I check my bank activity they charged me twice. I call and they make me wait for a manager which I did and when I finally got her on the phone she did not show an ounce of eagerness to help the situation but instead made it more difficult for me. She put me on hold and probably danced around for one minute and told me there was nothing she can do and told me to call my bank despite her being a manager she gave me the same answer as
