Pizza Hut

It’s nice to come in a store and have the people be so happy/kind/helpful. Chris was so kind to people going through the drive thru. He also helped me place my order through the app online. There was a cool chick with pink in her hair making our pizza and she was vibing to the music in the back. A team working today 3/6/2026

The workers are some of the worst around here at Pizza Hut. Now, the manager is great. She'll get your order right and everything often turns out just fine. But that should be the case with the workers as well, and it's not! And for some reason, the boneless chicken is STILL prepared undercooked! You can feel it as you bite into them. Ugh! Always seems to be issues with ordering for delivery using your credit card, which goes through with zero issues while on the phone with store workers. Yet the driver on the delivery app shows up and says he never received payment! Like, WHAT!? Absolutely absurd! A bit scammish, imo, too! I don't see this PH making it for much longer. It had better luck on the Northside. 🙄

Pizza was terribly overcooked. Crust was dark brown, hard like concrete, making it impossible to chew. Onions were charred black, pizza was basically flavored cardboard.

The pizza was nice, soft, and filled with cheese & sauce. Overall, quite tasty. But the base/bread was missing the authentic Pizza Hut taste. The pizza hut doughs are so good that I even like the ends of the pizza. But this one was just okay. The workers were overwhelmed with orders (were unhappy & complaining loudly) but were working quite hard to keep up. Carried out, did not drive thru. 1 topping Large pizza with coupon cost $11 + $2 tip (which they directly asked) = ~ $13

Dinner for 2 $21. 2 drinks ,a pasta dish with breadsticks and a desert. Not bad in this economy. Tastes good too.
