Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of cheese sticks and everything was burnt to the point where the cheese was as hard as a rock. I went back, asked for a manager, and requested a refund. The woman who initially identified herself as the manager then went back behind the wall, briefly spoke to someone and returned to tell me that she could only give me a credit. I told her to go back and get whoever was in the back so they can get my money. I have no use for a credit it as I will NEVER visit this establishment again. If you find yourself in this situation, do not accept a store credit! They can and will refund your money
This place is closed! I'm pretty sure no dine-in take out or delivery means that.. I really didn't want to pull in before it was closed it looked kind of scary itnever had a car and the parking lot ever...
Stole my money and food. Placed on hold for 8 minutes so far. Who can refund! THEIVES
