Pizza Hut Express

Every time I show up to the pizza counter, I see pizza and a bunch of prepped pasta dishes in the back, but no one to take my order. I’m always tempted to reach around and serve myself pizza. Why not just make it self checkout if no one is going to be staffed to work the register? Or put a service bell to ring for help?

The lady behind the counter, Sandra or whatever her name is, is absolutely rude. She made fun of my mom’s English, rolled her eyes, and told my mom to shut up. In addition, she charged us extra but won’t admit she is wrong. I can’t believe that they would hire someone with such a terrible attitude. I will never purchase anything from here ever again!

It was listed as open, I went there specifically, and the place is closed, there are no employees.

The service is terrible, I placed an order for delivery, the waiting time is too long and the food is not what I ordered, I called to ask for a refund and I had to fight so that in the end they simply cut off my call.

I'd come here usually, but the lady was very rude to stand at the counter staring at the customers, despite she needs to work. So, I'll be eating at Crazy Dough Pizza at Boston College at all times instead.
