My "kiddos" were craving something different for lunch while busy at work, so I surprised them with Pizza Hut melts. They were absolutely delicious and didn't disappoint. We ordered a supreme large deep dish pizza. Hardly any toppings for the one that should’ve had the most toppings of anything made. Skimpy pizza makes the Hut more money. Pizza Hut used to be the place to go, not anymore.
Messed up a simple order! What i ordered vs what i got! Plus they left me an extra empty pizza box on top of that! Cheese sticks were right though! Update...i decided to call! Manager was a super nice lady for real! Gave me a store credit for later! Plus she explained the empty pizza box!
So my husband picked up pizza here earlier this month. When he went to look at the pizza and bread sticks, everything was burnt. When he questioned the front counter lady, he was blown off and told that's the best they could do. We still ate it, but it was dry and hard from the overcooking. I gave it a 2 stars because not all of our pizza here has been bad. Things happen, I get it. It's how we choose to handle them that leaves the lasting impression.
The Pizza Hut is about a half a block from the Homewood Suites. The Family box was ready in about 20 min tires from I place the preset online. As far as a good Pizza Hut this one did a good job fresh and hot.
