Pizza Hut

Pretty disappointing. The pizza looked undercooked — the cheese was barely melted (see photo). The store itself had a strong sewage smell, and the front counter area was extremely dirty. The phones, keyboards, and registers had visible dust and grime on them while food was being handed over the same counter. This really seems like a management issue. Basic cleanliness and properly cooked food should be the minimum standard for a restaurant. I hope someone addresses it.

We haven't had Pizza Hut very often in the past few years because the last place I lived didn't have one in town, but I've always loved Pizza Hut. I saw a commercial last night advertising "Any Large Pizza for $10" and I looked up the address and there was one close by! A large pan pizza loaded with toppings for $10 is honestly a great deal. I love their crust, I think it's one of my favorite pizza crust of all time. We tried the spicy marinara sauce with 2 different kinds of pepperoni and jalapenos and bell peppers and it was definitely spicy. Good job Pizza Hut.

Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in Years. GREW Up on Pizza Hut; then the quality of pizza got bad. Ordered online, got some boneless wings, fries and a pizza. Delicious! Glad I tried their pizza again. Guy running the place was super nice. Said pizza would be done in 15 minutes (which I couldn't believe) and was waiting for me when I got there... bout 13 minutes. Going back for more

Nathan skinner is a very hard worker and he was super respectful when I came in and complained about how my pizza was semi warm and not hot! Like I enjoy it but they were more then happy to replace☺️🙏

I am writing this as I am still in their parking lot! This location has gone above and beyond to make this mom of 3 come home with pizza 2 hours later than it was supposed to be delivered. I had an issue with another location with an order placed 2 hours ago for delivery. Long story short my card was charged, delivery was never made, and that original location was closed after driving to the location because they weren't answering their phones. I called my kids to tell them we weren't having pizza and they were not happy for they were excited for Friday Pizza night like we always do. I called this Val Vista location crying and stressed and spoke with Savannah. She was patient throughout my crying on the phone and explains what happened and I just wanted to make sure their systems were wor
