Pizza Hut

I came in for a quick bite. My server Hanna was awesome and friendly. I have come in many times in the past and have always been taken care of well. From this trip with Hanna to in the past with Heather has alway been a delight.

Absolutely appalled!!!! I called an order for delivery at 6:42 PM and it is now 9:20 PM and have yet to receive the order and NO ONE IS ANSWERING when I call. I can't speak to a manager for refund nor can I speak to anyone who actually works at this Pizza Hut. This is pathetic. I will never again order there!!! Get your business together. Poor management all the way around.

Saginaw Tx on Bailey Bos. Food is always good and hot when you pick it up. Staff are soooo nice, even when in a rush time frame. When delivered, it's always arrives on time AND it's still hot. One thing I'd like it to return are the small packets of Parmesan Cheese and Crushed Red Pepper.

While under new management we’ve had several issues about 5 different times. We had an issue where our order didn’t arrive until two hours after we ordered with no contact from the store, we’ve had items forgot, incorrect items, and quality issues twice. We receive old cheese sticks once & today we received a pizza they had forgotten our topping on so they cooked the toppings and just laid them on top after our pizza was already sitting in the hot box. Below is pictures from our most recent order. We love Pizza Hut, but we won’t be ordering from here for a while! Hopefully they can get the kinks worked out and get back to the good quality they were previously! Also, Anita has been so sweet every time i’ve called with an issue and tried her best to reconcile our issues!! Thank you, Anita!

I am very particular on how I like my crust cooked, I prefer well done. I have not had pizza this good since going to Italy and having it's specially made. Completely blows my mind for a chain restaurant to be able to duplicate the wonderful flavor. 6 STARS.
