I stopped going to this location A long time ago because they just don’t care. They rarely get the food right and the customer service is meh. I decided to give them another chance…bad idea. My wife ordered an order through the app. One of the pizzas was missing the main ingredient..sausage. My wife would have checked the order but the lady at the counter insisted the food was right and there was no reason to check it. When she got home we noticed the pizza was wrong. We called to get a credit but after 15 minutes on hold we just hung up. Since they didn’t have the courtesy of providing customer service to apologize…I felt it was necessary to let others know about our experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to Quinshay at the Pizza Hut on 2536 Columbus St. in Grove City. She was running the entire store by herself, yet she still managed to complete my $300 work‑event order flawlessly. I placed the order at 11 AM, and by noon she had every single pizza hot, fresh, and perfectly made—even the extra dips were exactly right. The consistency and care she put into such a large order were seriously impressive. She absolutely crushed it and handled that store with confidence, skill, and total boss energy. Employees like her make all the difference, and she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven’t eaten here in years. Tried to give them another chance and I absolutely regret it. Three out of the three pizzas we ordered were completely undercooked and you could chew the raw dough if you took a bite. The pepperoni was supposed to be double pepperoni and we got less pepperoni than what you would expect on just a regular pepperoni pizza. I ordered wings and didn’t realize until we got home that the wings were missing. My husband called to request a credit and after waiting nearly 10min for them to take us off hold, they demanded we drive back to “prove” that the pizzas were wrong. I was the only one in there. The employee Shannon was delightful. Came by a few times asked me if I needed refills on pop. Brought boxes for leftovers. Pizza hut is so good.

Ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesy bread, and extra sauce for delivery. They did not send the breadsticks or provide the extra sauce. Tried calling and everything goes to a call center. They tell you they can't help. They try to transfer you to the location but no one answers the phone. My wife called the delivery driver and asked and said the person at the desk refuses to answer the phone and gets mad when it rings. Multiple days later and still can't get a refund or talk with anyone.
