Need more workers. Pizza taste mediocre nothing special. Pizza used to be 5stars now more like 2 stars and the crust/doe is trash .personal pan taste alot better than regular size imo.
One star is too generous. I had a birthday party for children and made the mistake of ordering 2 pizzas from Pizza hut Hempstead . The pizza arrived TWO HOURS LATER AND VERY COLD. I was calling the store several times and the worker just said It was his first day and there was a problem.....but there was No problem to charge full amount!!!! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO YOURSRLF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT HEMPSTEAD IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN CRYNG AND HUNGRY!!!
Very bad service the people who is give a service is angry I don’t recommend this place the food nice delicious but the service is too bad
We had a mishap with the online order and the wrong pizza was ordered. The manager and team was able to accommodate and change the order. Greatly Appreciate the staff for all they do. Now I’m dad of the year. Thanks again.
