Pizza Hut

I have never interacted with an employee as rude as Brandy. It was honestly unbelievable to watch, snapped at every delivery driver, and yelling at the other employees, which is their business, but it was loud and often enough to make everyone in the lobby uncomfortable. I watched her snap, be rude and disrespectful to probably 5 other customers while I was waiting for my food, which wasn’t even what I ordered. It was busy, yes, I also work in food service, objectively busier, and neither me nor my employees have ever spoken to any customer in that manner, especially if they didn’t even do anything wrong? The other guy that was helping out at the register was lovely though

This is only the second time ordering from this location, both enjoyable purchases. Pizza cooked perfectly and followed modification instructions to a T. Fresh ingredients distributed evenly throughout the pizza . Really delicious pizza, thanks Pizza Hut !

My Grandson LOVES PIZZA HUT PIZZA but it can't be dark, Brandi and her crew make sure that it is correct EVERYTIME. SO THANKS TO THE WONDERFUL AND AMAZING EMPLOYEES IN HENDERSONVILLE, "YOU ALL ARE THE BEST".

Got a 5 topping pan pizza that was way undercooked. I had to put it back in my oven. Paid 45.00 for the special. The best part about it was the cold 2 liter of Mountain Dew

Placed an order this evening at 5:30, ETA was originally 6:09, then moved to 6:25,,, it's now 6:34 and it's still saying "preparing". It's raining, I get it, but the eta being 25-40 min and it taking well over an hour is just wild.
