I placed an order under Benjamin for pickup. You honestly can’t beat the service, price, or the pizza at this Pizza Hut! Nikki, the store manager, Ava, and the whole team are amazing. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile, my order was ready and waiting in the warmer, and they even had me check it before I left. Great food, great service—can’t ask for more! God bless you all!

I ordered a pizza last night at 11:55pm and was told the delivery would be within 35 minutes. At 12:30am I called and the same girl that answered the phone before told me that the delivery person was coming thru DoorDash. She said she would call them to have another delivery person come. The next thing you know it was 2am and STILL NO PIZZA. This location closes at 2am. So today I called again because they wasted no time taking my money but I received nothing. The girl on the line, Angie told me that she wasn’t working last night. So right now it is 3pm the next day and this Pizza Hut refuses to send my pizza when I have proof that I paid for a large pie last night. DO NOT ORDER from this place unless you want to be jerked around and never receive what you order! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION ON

Of all of the incredible options in Jersey City, Pizza Hut is one of the best in the area. I was about to call it quits because Papa John's, Domino's are horrendous around here. This Pizza Hut is accurate, well priced, excellent service. Whatever they are doing, it's working beautifully.

I ordered online, on the pizza hut site it stated my food was supposed to be delivered at a certain time, but another link to grub hub delivery kept reloading. I called the store and they fixed it right away! No issues at all. The first driver stole the food. Ava was so helpful and friendly and made sure our food came hot and fresh. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I called to order take out and spoke to Angie. She was great with taking my order. She endured my payment with door dash would be smooth. She was right. I was a happy customer. Thanks Angie!
