Pizza Hut

This location was ok but the customer service was on point. Waited 15min for my order. In and out. A little DIY need to be done in the dining area but at least the workers was pleasant.

I stopped coming to this location a while back because the costumer service were horrible but I've been in there 3 times recently. And the new young lady they have working in there. Actually sets a warming and welcoming environment. And the wait time wasn't as bad either. Food was great. Thank you Denisha for always welcoming the guests with a smile

I visited the Jonesboro location today for lunch. The customer service was definitely on point. The food was made fresh came out nice and hot. Shoutout to Geneshia on her great hospitality and customer service. If you’re in the Jonesboro area and want some great pizza and pleasant customer service stop by and visit Geneshia.

These people deserve a monthly bonus 🥹.. I just love them 💕.. and Sharyah such a darling! Her service is to die for 🥰

This pizza hut does not deliver themselves. It is third party delivery service, door dash.. therefore , ORDER BY PHONE and GO GET IT YOURSELF. Or risk getting your food stolen by the door dasher. Not a damn thing they can do either. We are thankful that they did give us a free pizza but that did not compare to the 2 pizzas, chicken and cinnastix that we originally ordered and was stolen. Worst experience in this town and we won't EVER step foot near it again. Complete disappointment.
