Made an online order, showed up after the pickup time waited outside knocked on the door no one came, an employee came out from the back made eye contact with me and then proceeded to play on his phone and walk away, I tried the drive thru and again got no service. 30 minutes later after I left Pizza Hut called me repeatedly after I’d already waited and wasted my gas to go.
Pizza Hut is a quick,reasonably priced , good pizza . Service is fast . People are knowledgeable and courteous.
It sooo dry! The crust doesn’t have any flavor!
I ordered pickup and was told 15 minutes. I was there at exactly the 15 minute mark. I pulled up to the window and could see my order, the only one, in the warmer. I sat there for a full 5 minutes with no me coming to the window. I j picked on the window and blew my horn for another 5 minutes with no response. I finally pulled away. Won’t go back.
I wanted to give a nice shout out to this Pizza Hut! My order was cold last night and the wings were not sauced enough and had my order redone and sent to me tonight. I really appreciate this and y'all please keep this kind of customer service up! 😁
