Pizza Hut

Placed online order at 6:42 p.m. Received a call immediately from manager stating they were sold out medium pizzas but have larges available. Placed an order for 2 large pizzas and was told 25-30 minute delivery time. Called back at 7:40 to check status of pizza. Talked to manager again. He stated that they were out of medium pizzas. I stated that we had talked at 6:42 p.m. and ordered 2 largest and was told 25-30 minute delivery. He said, sorry we will have those out in 20 minutes. Its now 8:22 and still no pizzas. Called them back and canceled order, requested refund. Checked bank account still no refund. Will never order from them again.

My wife & I get pizza alot I'm retired so.. why not? This order sucked..two large pies, one light sauce, roma tomatoes, well done. The other three topping, Italian sausage, mushrooms & onions, light sauce, well done. Oh both pan style. Bottom of both boxes are a greasy mess, top of pizzas grease standing. Now I get it..I managed a Dom*** pizza in the 80s..but no reason for this, 8:20 pm on a Friday evening, NO other cars in the lot!! This store regularly has good & bad days..this was particularly bad in my view.

I’ve always ordered through the app and never had any problems. Months ago, my order was wrong and the manager put a credit on my account. When I went to use that credit, it wasn’t on my account. Today, the store didn’t give the dasher my complete order and could only put a credit on my account. I said I didn’t want a credit, referencing the last “credit” issued and instead wanted to be refunded what was missing from my order. The store isn’t able to refund online orders. I’m done ordering from this store.

Placed n order 3hours still no food. I drive there for them to tell me sorry we are a couple hours out. First off it has been 3 hours then they said sorry we are closing and don't have them started. So now I have to wait on my refund and find elsewhere to feed my 7 kids.

Lunch buffet is one of the best in town! Make sure to get there 12-12:30p for the best selection. The Dessert pizza is first rate! Very friendly and great casual atmosphere, highly recommend!
