Pizza Hut

I placed an order for delivery at 5:30 PM and left a tip at checkout. About an hour and fifteen minutes later—roughly 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time—I called to get an update. I was told my order was next in line and would arrive in 5–6 minutes. I then waited another 45 minutes. It has now been a full two hours since placing the order, and I still have not received my pizza.

I came in tonight with my husband and 3 kids (who were all hangry). We are from Columbus, so decided on Pizza Hut because it was the closest pizza place to where we were staying. The food came out fast and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was so kind, patient and helpful. We will be back!

The man working the register was not friendly and he seemed beyond annoyed. He only perked up when he realized I was going to do the review. The pizza was good...service was a nope!

If I could post less than 1 star I would! Worst pizza place I've ever in my life experienced with delivery! I waited for 2 hours on my dinner! Then my order was cancelled after hours of waiting after calling multiple times trying to figure out what was going on. Being placed on hold everytime just to be hung up on! I will NEVER order pizza hut again. That was ridiculous! Awful customer service!

The pizza was wonderful, the service phenomenal, the only reason I'm giving this a poor review is because someone from another store came in to cover, both people scheduled at noon bailed and left the poor guy alone to man the entire store with no help. One guy doing a two to three person job! The service he gave was awesome but he definitely needed some help and wasn't being given any from upper management from the look of it. Y'all should give the dude a raise, he's one helluva good worker!
