Waited over 40 minutes after ordering ahead after finally getting it, it was raw in the middle.
Deep dish pan is off the chain
I ordered ahead online and was given a time that my order would be ready. I drove to the store to pick up. I counted maybe 4-5 employees working. It took 5 minutes for them to even recognize that I was waiting. After giving my name for my order, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Why order ahead online when I still have to wait 10-15 minutes to get my order??
This shop consistently falls short and screws up orders. Gonna give Domino's a shot again. Drinks are consistently forgotten or wrong, $5 deal not rang up properly, parm packs never brought on request and then slightly lukewarm food to finish it off. The drivers have all been great tho.
Never had issues with yall till the last couple times. Ordered 2 pizzas and one was so dried up and hard there was no way anyone wouldn't have called and said something. This time I ordered the Detroit style (with cheese to the edges and sauce on top thats how its supposed to be)and got a regular pan pizza. Tried to contact the store right after and no answer for 30 minutes. Cmon yall have to do better dont start slipping and lose business cuz I happen to love the staff that I have dealt with
