Pizza Hut

Yesterday 11-28-2025 at 6:30 pm I went to pick up an order from DoorDash and a thin gentleman, I think he is the manager because he yelled at another employee as well as he treated me in a very bad way. I had to pick up two pizza orders and I had a large thermal bag and a small one, and he told me that they both had to be big and, I kindly asked him if he could give me another bag (since those are given away by the app to the stores) and he yelled no. I had to cancel the second order. To the owners of the store, it is appreciated to take measures with this type of employees otherwise the store will go into imminent debacle.

This was supposed to be easy: order, pay, wait for the selivery. Something happened and I had to call PH. No muss no fuss the manager calmly pulled through and all is well. Thank you to Sheteria for your help and professionalism while handling the mix up on my order.

The female manager/supervisor with the dark glasses working today at night time, is a great leader. I’ve seen her a few times. She’s attentive, on top of things, and supportive of the staff. Great service, fresh food, and quick turnaround

I order the 3 box deal. I received two boxes. When I call Pizza Hut in 3477 Nw 183rd St, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. They told me that the driver forgotten to take the third box. To call Uber Eats. They told me that they can’t do anything. The bill was almost $41. When I call Uber Eats. No one answered. It just a computer talking. So at the end we always lose and they don’t care. I will never use Uber Eats and but pizza hunts again.

This Pizza Hut offers, carryout, delivery, and a pick-up window. When I visit, it's often for a personal pan pizza due to nostalgia reasons. I order online and pick it up in store. The pizza is cooked to order and served hot. The workers get the orders out, but at no rush.
