Pizza Hut

I was craving nostalgic Pizza Hut pizza and was sorely disappointed by this location. The staff was great, I was in and out within two minutes, but the food quality was super poor. My pizza was hard, and the Honey barbecue boneless wings looked like uncooked chicken nuggets tossed in a few drops of barbecue sauce. I probably will not go back!

I loved this Pizza Hut, the pizza is always fresh and the customer service is phenomenal. Everytime I go here my food arrives fast and hot. I love coming here to spend time with family and make memories, would define recommend!

Terrible service. So rude. Told me 15 Mins for my pie to come. I was eating there with my kids and it took about half hour. I go to the counter and my pie was sitting there the whole time. They forgot to give it to me. So she hands Me the pie with a 2 liter. Which by the way came to $31.00 for a large pie and a 2 liter that Is friggin insane. I ask her if I can have plates and cups. She looks at me and says you gotta give me a couple mins. At that point I was done. I left with my kids and a cold pizza. Don’t go there to eat. I don’t recommend eating there and thier service sucks. They’re rude and snotty

Around 6pm today - the pizza hut website was not working and kept on saying they could not place my order - retry !! After several attempts I picked up the phone and placed the order !! I ordered 2 pies and got stuck with 4 😞 One of my phone orders went thru - never received any confirmation !! I order pretty regularly from them - the food is always great - fresh and hot, the staff is always friendly - but today I just feel PIZZA-OUT ... Don't mean to sound ungrateful... Thank you Lord!!

One of the best pizza places in Middletown! I got my pizza almost immediately, the customer service is amazing! The pizzas are baked just right with the crispiest crust. I would highly recommend this place to eat.
