Pizza Hut

Food was undercooked barely any cheese on it and not even worth eating at this point. I should have known something was up when they did not show me the pizza at all. I have to wait for management to decide if I can get a refund or not… would you want to eat a pizza looking like this?

Ordered on-line and it took over an hour for my food to actually show up even though the tracker stated it was already delivered. Called for updates and left on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to call back to get any info. Driver was super nice and apologized for the long wait. Pizza was okay-ish but I definitely wont be ordering from here again!

This is a great place to go. Now the traffic is always high here. This is busy store but I can see why. The store manager is amazing and professional. My food is always good and hot, always have a deal here. I recommend this pizza hut.

So my uncle ordered a pizza and his app said that the pizza was delivered. We opened the door to check to see but there was no pizza. So we called and the employee was very rude. She interrupted me 4 times rudely by saying “‘did you not hear what I said” are you being dumb? She then said it was sent by DoorDash and if we check our phone we should be able to track with them do I have keep explaining myself. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful customer service and she should be fired.

Ordered at 557p.m. got an ETA delivery time of 621p.m. got notification at 607p.m. saying my food was delivered. Called the store at 652p.m. after not receiving it and the manager attitude was horrible. Told me my food was otw and that it don't matter what the tracker says I'll get my food in my hand. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AS WELL ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE
