Pizza Hut

The pizza is good if you dine in. If you order online and pick up in the drive thru they still pressure you to tip at least 18%! Tipping is for dine in or delivery not drive though. If you don’t tip they hold back your pizza for a few minutes and then it’s cold. This has happened to me twice now when the same cashier was working.

Good pizza and service. I had a made to order original crust pizza with extra cheese and sausage. Overall, it was tasty and satisfying. The fennel flavor came through well and adding Parmesan and red pepper flake added a touch of saltiness/spice that was somewhat lacking. The mozzarella cheese sticks we gooey with a good texture/crust. The cheese inside, like the pizza, really needed just a hint of savoriness.

I had a bad experience here and the manager Kai went out of his way to make it right! He was genuine, kind and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. He took the mistake personally and went above and beyond to replace my order! Thank you Kai!!

I went to Pizza Hut an the pizza come out hot an cheesy, just like I like it. Crust was soft inside but crispy on the edge, an the wings was good too. Service was friendly, not much wait even tho the place had folks inside. Price was fair, I left full an happy, I’ll be back when I get a hankerin for pizza again.

Brought my mom in for lunch ordered 10 breadsticks, a personal pan and cinnastix. Asked for extra marinara for the BREADSTICKS! Had one order for dine in and one for take out, the cinnamon stix were also for take out. We drive all the way home and there was extra marinara in BOTH the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. I called and talked to a gal and she said, she assumed we wanted it for the cinnamon sticks as well. Who in their right mind eats marinara with cinnamon sticks? You’d think with minimum wage being so high they would hire people with a brain! Even though we live over an hour away, maybe we are to blame because we didn’t check but we’ve never checked! That’s not our job to check. Pizza Hut hit hire better!
