Pizza Hut

Since re-opening in a smaller location on Cherokee Street in Muskogee, I can understand new opening jitters going on. But I also understand that double checking orders against a receipt is also a must, so you do not miss anything and have an customer with a so-so or negative experience. Attached you will see pictures of my receipt and meal. In one picture there is one cheese container( there should be another one beside it, but it was not in the bag, and 2 marinara cups, but they were not in the bag either). The pizzas pictured were correct though. In this day and age, it is the little details that can be a deciding factor for customers. Always put your best foot forward, and remember people's phones eat first. You want everyone to have a positive experience, and it is not always about the

Ordered 10 pizzas online for a work meeting, and the pizza was fresh and tasty! The lady at the front counter was very sweet and she helped me carry everything to my vehicle. Very impressed, thank you for making it so easy!

Nobody out pizzas the hut, right? This place is consistent. Never had an order wrong, always quick as well as quick delivery. Its exactly what you expect from pizza hut and thats a good thing.

Landon was was rude, dismissive, and made the whole interaction feel hostile. While I was waiting, I could see them in the back of the store giving me dirty looks, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I felt unwelcome the entire time I was there. Customer service like this makes me think twice about coming back.I went yesterday on December 27th.

The lady up front with glasses was very rude and disrespectful to me over the phone. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I don’t want a response and won’t be calling back. Last time I went in to order she was nice, so I understand people have bad days, but when working in customer service, that shouldn’t matter.
