Pizza Hut

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app with an estimated pickup time of 11:08. When I arrived, I was told my order wouldn’t even be started until all the walk-in orders were taken care of. If the app can’t provide accurate pickup times or prioritize orders correctly, what’s the point of using it? Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and letting me know my pizza was being made, the staff blamed it on a “corporate issue.” That’s not helpful—especially when I’m standing there waiting for an order that should have already been ready. Very disappointing experience, and it makes the whole ordering system feel unreliable. I've been in the store now for over 30mins with at least 25 orders processed in front of mine.

It was delicious, clean, cheap, and we had no issues. It was ready 7 minutes after we put in the order. They got all 5 toppings correct and the wings were drowning in sauce. Great experience.

Lady at the cash register too busy chit chatting with some random person to take my order then when they finally stopped she just zoned out like I hadn't been standing in front of her. Then she tosses my receipt at me before taking a nap at the register with someone else in line. Beyond trashy. Thats not even mentioning the $8 for a tiny pizza

Got Cinnamon Sticks that were stuck to the box on the bottom and hard as a rock on top. When I asked Emma if I can get a refund for it she immediately started having an attitude and say I’m getting my boss. The way she responded like I was in the wrong to ask for a refund that I paid for which I didn’t want since it’s wasn’t edible

45 minutes to make my 2 personal pan pizzas. The cashier was nice, but management needs to do something about the wait time. I've been to smaller and busier PH on bases. Never has it taken 45 minutes to get my food.
