Pizza Hut

I really didn’t want to leave this review because I’ve seen a lot of good feedback about this location, and I’ve had decent last-minute pizzas from here before. I ordered dinner online, went in to pick it up, and the young lady at the counter looked irritated and mad. She was cussing so loud I was taken back. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip even though I had already paid online. I checked the pizza quickly, assumed it was fine, and headed home. Once I got home and actually looked at it, the pizza was a mess. The crust didn’t rise, it was tough, and the pizza itself was so thin it was almost see-through. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. I had to cut it myself .It tasted just as bad as it looked. I didn’t bother trying to get a refund because I didn’t feel like driving a

wife ordered online I went to pick up food was correct in the order because I hate when they leave stuff off and I have to come back to the store to pick it up. When I got home, we all enjoyed our food it tasted better than usual believe it or not. And I eat at this Pizza Hut a lot. I noticed new staff so I’m assuming that’s the reason why the food was tasting so good this time. Thank you. You guys keep it up.

Second review: Still a nice staff, clean facility and good product. Happy with my recent order. This location is managed well. Original review: Clean store, friendly staff and good service. Placed an online order a the food was ready in the quoted time. I was greeted when I entered the store and the transaction was met with ease and efficiency. Deducted a star because I paid extra for the 8 piece boneless and received a 5 piece bone-in. I had to make a trip back to get the correct item and they were apologetic and quick to correct the error. I also paid extra for two sauces and never received them. My experience at this pizza hut was absolutely abysmal i ordered 1 large cheese, 1 large pepperoni, and an order of breadsticks; when i got my order it was 2 medium pizzas split between 3 boxes and on top of that both pizzas were incomplete with only 6 to 7 slices per "pizza". They also managed to do this to everyone else who had ordered around that time last night and when i got told our food would be remade it'd take about 10 mins and when we came back inside after waiting 10/15 mins they hadn't even started our remake and even told us he forgot about it; the manager on duty wasn't very helpful to his staff members pushing off customer complaints and such onto them instead of taking charge. Employees are always very nice and polite. I have tried a few times to call and complain about a recent order but I cannot get ahold of anyone. I recently placed an order for a personal pan pizza...when I got the pizza it was inedible. The crust was extremely soggy and when I tried to eat it it made me sick. I haven't been able to get to the store directly to voice a complaint. Im still feeling nauseous and I ended up throwing the pizza away...a waste of money and time. I emailed corporate but haven't heard back from them. Hopefully someone will see this review and let me know a direct number to call and resolve this situation
