Pizza Hut

The fact this place has 3.9 stars and not 1.9 is crazy to me. 15 hour working day, then charged 40+ for the worst pizza, soggy fries and half a wing. Not half an order of wings they are considering broken half wings as wings. This place should be sued and they should put the manager in jail it’s that bad. If I was a betting man I’d put my life on they reheated a canceled order and sent that to me. See pics that are included. No way a fresh baked pizza have 0 grease under it. This is 3 day old refrigerated pizza at best.

After seeing the new Cheeseburger Melt all over my news feed, I knew I had to try one. First, the restaurant specifics - the food was hot and ready on time for pickup, perfectly prepared to the recipe, and handed off with a smile. No complaints. The melt itself is a good cheeseburger experience. The crust is thin and crispy, which might not be what you're looking for compared to a soft bun. The dipping sauce is a pretty standard variety, though a little more mustard forward than I usually prefer, but had good flavor. The real surprise were the fries. Oven baked and perfectly crisp, I would choose them again over the boneless wings. Is it a "better burger experience" as advertised in the trades? Always friendly hard working employees. The prices are reasonable not too expensive. No complaints on my end. My only complaint is the new item. $9.00 is too expensive. You can get a full Costco pizza for $10.00. This should be $4.95 btw it isn't this thick.

I'm pretty sure I ordered a pizza eith chicken and bacon not a crust dipped in a little sauce Happens everytime at the branch. Gave this place another shot. Still terrible. Go to the pizza hut in North olmsted this place is garbage haven't had a good experience here. Figure waiting a few months would give them time to get it together. We'll they didn't. Don't waste your money here. It's terrible.

The pizza is serviceable and it is consistent. I used to love Pizza Hut, but now just like it. They are trying to make their pizza healthier by not using as much grease in the crust, but then now it’s not even Pizza Hut anymore. I remember buying pizza hut pizza during school lunch and it was the best experience you could have a kid. No offense, but I don’t want my pizza to be healthy… I want that greasy crust from way back.
