Pizza Hut

Waited there for 20 minutes after I ordered online. Plus the service was terrible. I ordered 3 extra ranches with my wings and I asked if I could get 4 or 5 because this is a lot of wings. The server is gonna say I only ordered 3 ranches. Ok so who sells wings without ranch? Or dipping sauce?? So I paid for 3 extras but got 1 extra honestly. Just straight up rude and hard at communicating. I wouldn’t eat here unless I had an hour of free time at least and excellent patience.

I visited the cresswell location on 10/9/25. Horrible service, I was using my cane, its was a difficult day for walking for me. The were 3 young employee at the front of the restaurant, no customers and I struggled to get though the door. They just stood there looking at me. No One even tried to help open the door. Fine,,,,, after paying for my order, I needed to pick up the pizza and walk out, cane in one hand pizza in the other. Easy for most ppl but a real task for me. Eventually I got it, getting though the door was another issue. Theses 3 employee still standing there looking at me struggling with cane, pizza and door did NOTHING. On my lunch break and decided to get some wings and I walked in and there was a lady sitting down and a DoorDash employee waiting to pick up and order. And then there is me and another person walked in. Now it’s 4 of us and not one person said I’ll be with you shortly. There was I’m guessing the store manager Im guessing doing an interview and once he finished then he came and asked how can I help you! Like this business has went down to the ground. I used to love this location in Opelousas on Creswell lane but I don’t think I will be back! The sodas on the counter that’s on the display to get a free side if you show your 5 star review are all opened and half full! Just looks nasty!

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza from the Crestwell location in Opelousas, La, the pizza was dry, not hot and mushrooms were burnt.I called to speak with a mgr and was placed on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up to call back to be placed on hold another 10 minutes. When the young lady came back to the phone to ask if I want to place an order I told her no I’m holding to speak with a manager and she said ohhh he’s on the phone with the other mgr to call back in 20 minutes. I told her really, I’ll just report this order to corp and she said ok have a blessed day and hung up. This is not the type of service one expects from PIZZA HUT and makes the name bad for others..

10/10 service my order was already prepared when i got here Trell provided excellent service!!
