Pizza Hut

They lie about pricing. I wanted the triple treat box. The lady said it wasnt available at this location, then I said okay give me the big box dinner. I added a brownie. It came up to almost $50.00. How does a deal for 19.00 plus a brownie for 7.99 plus tax come up to 47$ I asked her why I wasnt getting the promo that is posted and she tried to say that is for online orders only. I told her I was looking at it and it says " online, carryout or delivery" she then hung up on me. When I tried calling back a man answered and he said there was no woman working that night. So I waited a few minutes and called from my son's phone number which starts with a different area code and sure enough she answered. I confirmed it was the Paragould location by the old movie theater across from leap dental.

The cashier tried telling me I had to give her my money on a cash delivery ,doordash pays them for that the cash is then deducted from my next dashes, they never have the orders started until we get there,do t recommend it for a good time out.

The food was good, but the pizza I had delivered and paid almost $22 for had all of the toppings slid to the side. I was hoping for a simple request to come trade the pizza for a fresh one, I would even pick it up myself. When I called at 6:19pm on 15 April, a man picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he simply said "oh okay" before putting me on hold until I disconnected. I'm not too concerned with the pizza, but I was not happy about the quality of service - I paid for a quality pizza and received a mess. The cheese was all melted together and could not be spread back out, so I simply tried to add some more and heat in my own oven. Just annoying more than anything else. To their credit, the rest of the order was fantastic and delicious.

I ordered a thick crust and I got a thin one when I got home

Sunday 1st time visit wated 10 minutes walked in back employee said she was there alone wanted 3 pizzas said it would be at least 40 minutes wait before taking order to the manager who has 1person on Sunday at noon left with 2 other customers
