I had a wonderful experience at this Pizza hut. Angel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She is so kind and professional. It is rare to find such great customer service these days. The food was fresh and delicious. It looks like I will be coming back again to this Pizza Hut. Thank you Angel!!!
Wish I could give zero stars. They gave me the complete incorrect order, and left out the dessert. I was left on hold for 1.5 hours just for the manager to have an attitude and say it "isn't her problem" that I can't give them back the order THEY got wrong because I have no transportation. No option to replace it. Now I'm forced to eat this disgusting wrong order without my dessert. There goes my service.
Definitely the worse pizza I’ve ever gotten. Got 2 “My Hut Box” and both of them had buffalo sauce drenched onto the pizza. Disgusting! Also looks like the cheese didn’t even melt. Definitely not the Pizza Hut I’m used to. ALSO! I ordered ranch (which they charged me for it) and I got BLUE CHEESE!!
Last three orders have been a disastrous experience one attempt I placed my order and was told a pick up time, went to pick it up and it was never made apparently they didn't have the ingredients. Couldn't even inform me before arrival. Then I tried to get in a couple of weeks later and they apparently didn't have someone to cook so could not take any orders. And my most recent order I was placed on hold for 5 minutes ended up hanging up and calling back just to place my order. Paid $30 to have a large pan Pizza delivered, and what arrived was a disaster. Had ordered light on the sauce.. there was no sauce in the middle of my pizza and it was gooped up around the crust.. such a disappointment what a waste of money
Road trip 🚗 with my family from Cape Cod Ma and we stopped in Petersburg va for the night and the hotel we were staying in recommended the Pizza Hut and let me tell you they delivered Quality good food and hot and spicy chicken 🐓 wings and ice cold Pepsi and was amazing. Such polite service and wonderful hospitality. First time ever having Pizza Hut and will definitely eat again on our way back home
