Today I came in to get a hut box before work and instantly regretted going to this location. How are you going to put just one pepperoni on each mini slice and barely any sauce so it’s cheese bread w one pepperoni if you have a choice go to Seminole they make the best hut boxes!!

This Pizza Hut location can be a bit hit or miss depending on the day. I’ve had times when the pizza was absolutely perfect: hot, fresh, and delicious , but other times it looked a bit old and not as great. The same goes for customer service: sometimes it’s fantastic and friendly, other times not quite as good. Overall, I still enjoy Pizza Hut, but a little more consistency would make it even better. A drive-thru option would also be a great improvement!

Abby was very communicative and helpful. Even when she was all by herself at the store and we placed a very large order first thing in the morning. We will be returning customers!

Order on app for delivery. It still hasn’t arrived 10 minutes after their latest time. I called and they said they were waiting for door dash to pick it up. I thought they had their own drivers but they use door dash when they are busy. I had to pick it up. I said to the girl I want to make sure the tip and delivery fee were refunded me so she handed me what I thought was the credit. Got home and it was the total receipt. I know I ordered 4 piece boneless, they charged me for 8, I didn’t one of the sauces I paid for and they put extra sauce and spicy sauce which is not what I ordered. This is not the first time my order was messed up but I was very understanding those times. I’m done with Pizza Hut
