Pizza Hut

Savanna is doing a GREAT job at this Pizza Hut - I wish they could bring the salad & BUFFET bar back. I would also suggest bringing the order/call reception service back to AMERICA (more specifically Silver City)- as every question I asked, the very nice Indian/Offshore dude had to put me on hold to find out - like "Do you guys have a salad bar ?" He couldnt answer me - SO - I just went in person to find out for myself - ordered 2 pizzas - brought them back to my crew for lunch and they were well recieved and happy. The Meat Lovers on a hand tossed crust was the bomb !!! Thank you Pizza Hut (and Savanna) for serving Silver City - keep up the good work !!!

Just a bad experience overall. Ordered online and went to pickup when the tracker said my order was ready. The guy at the front says it'll be another 8-10 mins for our order. I go back to sit in the car and come back in 8 mins later. He says my order is ready. No bread sticks are with it so I ask and he said oh we're out. I had to ask what my options were (irritated this wasn't mentioned when I first came in) he said a dessert. I picked a cookie and he said it'll be 10 mins. At that point my food was going to be cold by the time I get back to eat it so I ask if I can just get a refund. When the girl there was informed of this she snapped at me and said "well we already put the cookie in" I said okay well now I have to wait even more and she just kept yelling over me that I asked for it to

80’s night was awesome ! The service was great, the environment was clean and friendly and the staff was well prepared for the super busy night that they had. The manager Savannah is wonderful, and she clearly cares about her employees and customers! Super excited for the next promotion! Definitely a family friendly place to enjoy some well made pizza!

This used to be a great Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, it's been slipping in quality for years. But after today, I don't think I'll ever come back. The girl was extremely rude. Didn't want people doing Dine-in. The fountain was broke. Wanted you to buy way more expensive drinks from their vending machine. The tables were a mess. She did "let" us dine in, only because we sat down before she told us. But we got scolded for it. We could only order from the counter. I guess they also don't do the very popular buffet anymore. If whoever owns this wants their people to be courteous and not so frazzled, they should hire and train more people. Save your money and get pizza somewhere else until this place gets their act together. If they don't close first.

ordered online and checked "no cheese" expecting it to be added like anyother topping. My piece of rare dough with cold Marinara sauce and cold pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. The only warmth was from the bottom. The cheese in photo was mine, a good fresh grated parm. I put it on before tasting it. ugg.
