I will never order from this place again. Store tried to blame it on doordash but, my husband ordered from their site. Pizza came thrown together and cold (pictures below). Regardless the issue did not get resolved. This is completely unacceptable. Was not offered another pizza to be delivered just was told to contact doordash. Well guess what doordash didn't receive the order, you all did and sent it to them
Ordered well before they closed and never recived my order. They didnt even call to tell me they couldnt deliver it or anything so I could find a different place to get dinner. Customer service was no help and they dont awnser the phone
It was good. Wish they still had the cheese and pepper flakes packets. Tried to call but it was hard to get anyone to answer but the food was good. People were nice upon our arrival and the food was ready to go. No wait.
I just ordered a dinner box with meat lovers cheese sticks & cinnamon sticks. My pizza is not cooked all the way! I called to let the employee know what was wrong and all I got was a “well I pushed it through 2 times” this picture looks like cheese but it’s actually the thick dough… not saying don’t eat there but definitely check your pizza before leaving. I got it door dashed I ordered at 2:22 pm & it was at my house at 2:47 pm there is no way that pizza is fully cooked when I live 10 minutes away from this Pizza Hut…
Thomas was very professional. The pizza was great! We will be back!
