Pizza Hut

My first time ordering ina very long time. Ordered a large ultimate supreme, a New Yorker, a Chicken Alfredo, and cheese sticks and I wasn't thrilled. The dough on the pizzas and cheese sticks had a weird after taste almost as if it had gone bad. It was so greasy that there are puddles of grease in the bottom of the box. When you spend $60+ on food you expect it to taste good. My husband and 2 children didn't like it either. Literally spend $60+ to throw in the trash. My boys got the Alfredo to share and said it didn't taste like anything, it has no flavor at all. This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my whole life. I will never ever buy from here again. I ordered 3 pizza and 18 count wings, they were supposed to be lemon pepper flavored. I received plain wings and was undercooked. Spent 45 min on hold and never got to speak to anyone. Spent almost 100 bucks. This was a first And will be the last time I do Business with them

Ordered and paid for online for pick up in store. When I got there was a line which was fine, the cashier was having trouble with the computer and the manager came out and done the door dash orders whi h was fine. The problem came when I got up to the counter and her computer crashed and she asked for help and got told by another coworker very rudely I can't deal with that while everyone that was waiting was watching. Here I am waiting and watching this girl struggle I said something that is when the manger came back out and called IT. They were telling us they could cash us out because of the computer even though I had already paid online. After about being there for 45 minutes they finally gave me my pizza which by now is luke warm. So sad how they treated the cashier. She was the only r

Ordered a large meat lovers and sent us home with cheese. Try to call and on hold with "order" person, has to get the store on the phone! 5 minute wait. Not sure why we keep going back but door dash orders are always a cluster for pick up.
