Does this look like extra sauce/extra cheese? No Been burnt multiple times by this location. If you can actually get them to make the pizza the way you ask and the way they charge you, the pizza can be pretty good. I hate not getting what I pay for, especially when you’re paying extra… Do better

Waited for 2.5 hrs for my food on door dash . It started at 8:30 pm didn't receive it till they closedat 11pm. No commuication with the store they wouldn't answer the phone to ask what was going on and it was only the big dinner box . I had to wait so long I wasn't able to order anywhere else. I don't recommend this place of pizza hut . Service is BAD . The manager on duty or supervisor needs to do better and try harder. They say ," it got mixed up with someone elses" but the sad thing is why did it take yall 2 hrs to fix your "8mins pizza making time". Just sorry

They did not deliver my online order a few months ago when I used points for one of my items. My husband got the door slammed in his face when he went to go ask about it after more than an hour of it not being delivered and then not answering the phone. I understand the weather was bad this night and power was lost for a moment at the store this night but this is a global chain that should have process and procedures implemented for adequate customer service. I went the next day in person to ask for a refund and they were able to give me a refund of what I paid but could not refund my points so they gave me credit to use if I called next time. They were out of hand tossed crust so we had to get thin and it was so hard that we had to scrape off the toppings. The beef was so hard and dry we threw it away, pineapple was tough and tasted funny. I asked for caramelized onions and got one raw end piece dropped in the middle of the pizza. We had to pull the layers off and it was cut into about 2 inch wide chunk. I paid extra for pineapple and cheese and the cheese barely covered it pizza. It was just a mess. We ate the pepperoni pizza and some of the toppings from the beef and cheese pizza. We paid $81.00 for 3 pizzas that were basically crap. No pizza hut for our house.
