Pizza Hut

The service was great but the food was not. I feel like I’m eating a frozen pizza it’s no crisp the bottom just soft like it’s not done all the way and the wings …. I opened the box and i thought they gave me plain all the season was at the bottom i ordered Cajun and sweet chili and they didn’t even toss it they put the sauce on the bottom and then put the wings on top. I am disappointed i decided to randomly want Pizza Hut and money was wasted.

I am a driver for a local company here in Troy, AL and had the opportunity to order food from Pizza Hut. The guy that answered the phone was really helpful, friendly, and accommodating to my phone signal not being very good. When the food was delivered (within about 20 minutes) it was hot still noticeably hot. The driver had to wait for me to move my truck out of the way for a separate issue and had no hostility nor attitude for my delay (about @10 minutes). I get back to where I'm parking for the night and I see this note on the chicken I ordered for my service dog and had to make comment and give a big thank you to the staff, Miss. G and Mr. J as well as the cooks that prepared our order. I'm loving the pizza and thinking the boy is liking his chicken too!💯👍

My husband went to get pizza and said he was there 30 minutes. He asked the woman behind the counter (who had been playing on her phone) to check and see if our order was ready and then she found that it had been in the warmer the whole time. Pizza was burnt, didn't taste good at all and the cheese on both pizzas had run out of the crust. Won't be eating here again. $40 for this.

Me my wife 2 daughters and brother in law stopped in here! The whole work crew was black folk. They treated us all very well and respectful, the food got done quickly and was steaming hot. Highly recommend this place

The employee who worked the window looked at me with distain. This is the second time I’ve encountered them, the first was the same attitude (which I had chalked up to having a bad day at the time). They also gave me the wrong drink and had an attitude when I asked for a correction. None of this was earth shattering, but when I got home the pizza had pools of barbecue sauce. When you picked up a slice over half the toppings sloughed off because they were floating on the sauce. Absolutely disgusting.
