Pizza Hut

I just placed an order today I called up there because I want an extra sauce and they clearly didn't add it and the lady that I talked to had a attitude and a short me there was extra sauce but this is not extra sauce to me the funniest part is she said that she watched the chef make it and I guess she just let him make it wrong

I am writing to formally complain about a recent Pizza Hut order and the handling of my concerns by the store staff. When my order arrived, the food was completely cold. One of the pizzas was also undercooked—the dough was white instead of golden brown, and I had to place it in my own oven to finish cooking it. In addition, I specifically ordered pan crust for one of the pizzas, but it arrived as hand-tossed, which was not what I requested or paid for. After receiving the incorrect and poorly prepared order, I attempted to contact the store to speak with a manager. I called three times in the morning, but each time the call was routed to customer service, and I was told the store was busy and to keep calling back. At first I was extremely frustrated because I was waiting in the lobby for my order once I was notified that it was ready for pickup through the app . About 20 minutes pass by so clearly something went wrong but the none of the employees would even communicate why I was continuing to wait when the store didn’t seem busy at all . Mostly everyone was just chatting so I didn’t want to be rude but got so tried of waiting without an explanation of what went wrong so out of frustration just asked for a refund so I could leave . Then a lady ( I forgot to ask her name ) w/ a feather tattoo on her cheek came &’ was very kind . She let me know she personally made my order &’ she apologized for the inconvenience &’ even gave me a cred

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this Pizza Hut. They dont allow any more than 2 pizzas ordered on demand. Any more, and you have to place the order ahead of time. Delivery time is not prompt and they have called to cancel multiple orders of mine. This is the least professional Pizza Hut I’ve ever done business with

I really enjoyed this bread stick slab. Why cut it when you can just eat it like this? No need to even share.
