Pizza Hut / Wing Street

We got take out, brought it home and received uncooked boneless wings. We had ate about two each before realizing the chicken was raw.

If I could give 0 I would. A customer of this location for over 15 years and have never received the service I received yesterday. Manager was very rude, unprofessional, and down right ugly acting. Going from Josh to this new one, I am sure they will see a decline in sales. I would rather drive to the inner city than to ever patronize this location again. Food was old dry and soggy, did not show us the pizzas like Josh did. He stood by his store and the customer service was impeccable! I can not say the same for this lady.

Customer service was disgusting. Ordered pizza for delivery, pizza arrived over 40 min after promised time and was cold/hard. Called the store and whoever "LA" is was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Store blamed the driver and driver blamed the store. "LA" hung up on us when we wanted to cancel the order, while we were still waiting for it, and get a refund. Complained to corporate and still haven't heard anything. If you can't hire drivers, don't offer delivery. Or at least call the customer and let them know you are behind/running late.

I ordered 1 med Meatlovers pizza, 1 med Buffalo chicken pizza, 8 bones wings, and 12 traditional wings and it was $78!!! Flabbergasted! Carry out only, atmosphere NA

This location is by far the best! Our pizzas and wings are always tasty and tasting fresh.
