The website changed my order to just cheese after it was placed. I also bought a single slice of cheese. Because one child wanted cheese. Now we are all forced to eat only cheese or waste $50 Total waste of time and money. This establishment had absolutely zero interest in fixing their mistake. As an extra bonus the lid to a ranch I paid extra for didn’t have the lid on correctly and it spilled ruining the peppers and Parmesan. The “buffalo” wings were plain with the sauce on the side. Straight garbage. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. Drove 30 minutes to get here. There is much better pizza in the immediate area. Mr Pizza across the street is 🔥

I’ve heard a lot about this brand’s pizza, especially the Big Sur. When it comes to pizza, my go-to choice across all brands is pepperoni with pineapple topping. As for the Big Sur, I found the flavors a bit overwhelming—there were just too many toppings and sauces for my taste. However, if you enjoy pizzas loaded with lots of flavors, it might be right up your alley. Next time, I’ll stick to my favorite, pepperoni with pineapple, to see if their pizza truly lives up to the hype.

Had the best pizza of my life in Santa Cruz (Pizza My Heart) but, the recipe was a bit different here. The ingredients or the way the baked it didn't have the same harmonious effect, however it was still delicious with all the whole garlic slices. Still a fantastic pizza. Definitely recommend the "The Big Sur". The whole garlic slice will change your life.

Have been going here since it opened many years ago and was a good middle-of-the-road pizza place with a nice, clean setting - booths, restrooms, condiment area, but noticed recently it seems to have lost a bit of luster. Wait: the staff is great, friendly, helpful, courteous, responsive, but some recent pizzas have been "not great," such as the "figgy piggy," and even the standard pepperoni (way over cooked, super crunchy, a bit burned. So, still a good go-to standard, and will give it a couple more chances.

Wide selection of tasty pizzas, and some very creative combos in addition to the traditional toppings. Wings are also good. Service was horrible though, probably because it was Halloween and 20+ Doordash drivers were coming and going with no one at the cashier trying to maintain a semblance of order. Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes for my food because of the chaos, and no one explained what happened (despite the fact everything was pre-ordered online).
