I had a frustrating experience with my orders last night, orders 104 and 105. It was around 10 PM, and there were no other customers, only 1-2 orders were on the screen. Instead of taking my order, they insisted that I place a self-order. I anticipated that there would be issues with my order, and unfortunately, I was right. Both orders were missing ingredients and included incorrect items. I'm really disappointed with the service. It feels like no one is genuinely interested in providing good customer care anymore.

Whenever I'm craving pizza, &pizza Reston is my go-to. I usually get coupons in my email, once a month, and that's my cue for a delivery. Both the pickup and delivery options have pros and cons. There's a delivery fee of $5.50 before you give the tip! And good luck finding parking right out front for pickup. You're guaranteed a walk. You have decent tables and chairs inside to eat. I almost always get to go, though. CBR is my favorite. I almost always get it. I'm worried they could discontinue that. My other picks are Maverick, American Honey, and Farmer's Daughter. I almost always get two pie,s and CBR is always one of them. I rotate the different pies for the second one. I never order the knots and drinks when I'm getting delivery because it's 50/50 that they forget to bring them.

We had the worst service today of all the times I've been here. Unfortunately the self order kiosks are gone. Someone came back from break at 12:15. The person that took orders was very slow 🐌 then had to make the pizza 🍕 before taking the next order. My two friends got tired of waiting and went next door to sweetgreens. When I finally got the pizza, the crust was overcooked almost burnt so I couldn't eat it. The man behind me ordered online thinking it would be more efficient. Clearly not. He said that was his last time as well. What happened? The man before me didnt tip as the person checking him out took at least 5 minutes. I did the same which is very unusual for me.

Very disappointing service. The server was a very skinny guy with long curly hair and glasses. Before even taking our order he was on his phone, which already gave a bad first impression. When he finally decide to take our order he seemed rushed and uninterested in giving good service. He wanted us to order immediately and didn’t even try to explain the menu or help in any way. Everything felt rushed and careless, like he just wanted to get it over with. His presentation and attitude were very unprofessional. Good service should make customers feel welcomed, not pressured to order quickly. Unfortunately, this experience felt lazy and disrespectful. I hope the management pays more attention to the quality of service.

I ordered last night and I got a pizza with so little sauce that for a moment I thought I had ordered it that way accidentally, but that was not the case. The vegan knots were great but the pizza was dry and overcooked. I sent feedback in through the form on the website and today I got a form letter email saying they'll use my feedback to get better. No offer to do a partial refund or anything like that. I don't know why they even bother sending that out. I will not be returning here. Another thing to note for pickup orders: there's no close parking, there's always a bit of a walk.
