Pizza Shack

I got the chicken n waffles pizza with no sauce and yall- it’s amazing! I let my husband have a bite and he said it was like eating dessert. He got the chicken bacon ranch but said my choice was the clear winner.

Stopped by Pizza Shack in Madison for a quick bite. The pizza itself was good, hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I ordered the Carnivore personal pizza and it definitely hit the spot. The service, however, was mixed. The gentleman I spoke with (likely the manager or owner) was excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the young lady at the counter seemed rushed and gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing her by ordering. Her attitude really brought down the experience. With some improvement in customer service, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star spot. The food has potential, but service matters too.

I drove 2.5 hrs away for this pizza. They have fallen off… definitely not the same. The pizza was not hot and I can see why because the cheese wasn’t completely melted! This was a huge disappointment and a waste of my money!!!

For 35 years, I avoided barbecue chicken pizza. This past weekend at Pizza Shack in Madison, that streak finally ended—and I regret every year of it. I ordered an all-meat pizza while my fiancé chose the Pit Master barbecue chicken pizza. Sitting there, staring at it across the table, I couldn’t help but wonder why I’d avoided something that looked that good. Barbecue sauce, cheese, chicken—everything I already love, all on one of my favorite foods. So I tried it. And all I can say is this: the last 35 years were a waste. That pizza somehow brought back childhood memories and gave me hope for the future. Yeah, I know how weird that sounds—but that’s how good it was. Easily one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had. 10/10. It’s officially on my very short list of favorite foods. Thank

I stumbled upon this little pizza shack…and I am glad I did. I was so happy for my No cheese-Veggie Pizza. I loved it so much this was my final meal in Madison. Thank you Pizza Shack for my awesome pizza experience x2!!! Good food+Good people = Good Experience!
