Went to get my pizza via delivery the guy walked out the car with the box on the side opened the box and it was destroyed. Called the store to let them know and they had the nerve to tell me to return the pizza and they will send me another one then accused me that it was me who did that to the pizza. I had to battle on the phone with a manager that has clearly no customer service whatsoever blaming the customer when his delivery driver just literally left my house and text the pic of pizza and said I had to return the pizza or else they wldnt send me another one ?!? I’ve been in customer service for over 20years especially in the food industry and I have never encountered such horrible customer service and wldnt pass me to the owner above him saying he has to show proof. Never again will
For a neighborhood pizza joint, this hits the spot. No frills service and tasty food. I walked in off the street, and everything was fine. This pic is a grilled chicken salad.
Would not give me my 2good2go order. Did not offer anything or try to help the situation
Pizza was burnt, we called to let them know and they were very rude and unprofessional
