I used to love going there when the pizza was $6.99 but now the pizza is $8.99 and it's not that great for that price

Takeout pizza. Better than big name franchises. Tastes a lot like early 90s dominoes. Before they got too sweet and too salty.

Updated from 3 stars to 5 stars. Originally, I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas and a pepperoni deep dish, but I was given a cheesy bread instead of the deep dish. The cheesy bread was actually very good, but we almost didn't have enough food for everyone. Obviously I should have checked before I carried it out, but I was in a hurry. The large pepperoni pizzas were well worth the $5 each. Pizza Xpress contacted me after my review and offered to the deep dish (see picture...definitely a lot more food that the cheesy bread). Service was great this time and the food was tasty like last time. Must have had someone new working the first time. I'm glad they reached out. It was a great gesture and showed they care. I will be returning.

Wow, I’m so upset and disappointed. I called to place a large order for my children’s birthdays. I asked how many slices in a large pizza, and then said, “okay, I’ll order 10 large pizzas,” before I could tell the employee what toppings he cut me off and told me to call back when I was actually ready to order because he was busy and did not have time for this?!!!! I asked him if he had heard my order, and he snidely remarked that he hadn’t heard me say a thing. I cannot believe someone would be so rude.
