Customer Reviews
Came in for lunch on a Sunday around noon. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner was super nice as well. It's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. They have a combination of two and four top tables in the dining area. They offer a nice variety of pizza, salad and dessert options. Pricing is comparable to other wood fire Italian pizza restaurants in the area. We ordered the Margherita and Honey Formaggi. Both were excellent. The pizza crust was so pillowy on the inside and had a nice crisp on the outside. Toppings tasted fresh and high quality. We also ordered the Burrata Scapece to try while we waited for our pizzas. It was fresh and delicious. A wonderful combination of cheese, arugula tomatoes and zucchini. We only wished it came with more crostini.
I went to this restaurant because I wanted to eat pizza like the kind I had in Italy. The pizza here has the same texture as the pizza I ate in Naples, and I visit about twice a month. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian pasta and pizza.
It’s hard to give this restaurant a lower rating, considering its service was amazing and the establishment was welcoming. However, the pizza is very mild in flavor, to say the least. A pizza’s quality should be judged by tasting the base pizza without extra toppings, and this just underwhelmed me. I wouldn’t call it bad pizza; it’s just not great pizza.
Pizza was cold and the toppings/ingredients tasted stale. The bottom of the crust was also pretty burnt everywhere more than I thought it should be imo, and tasted burnt/bitter. Service was very good though
Great pizza with perfectly tender crust. Wish we could customize 1/2 pizzas! Otherwise the toppings, presentation and overall flavors bring this spot to one of my tops in the Portland area! Definitely would return if nearby.
