Pizzo's Pizzeria at Millenia Otay Ranch

Our visit was disappointing from the start. We waited nearly 20 minutes before a server even came to our table, and the slow service continued throughout the meal. The pizza was just average, and the pasta arrived cold and undercooked. The chicken bites were okay, but nothing special. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and hoped for a better experience, but overall the service and food quality fell short.

We had such a great experience! The service was amazing our food came out so fast, we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Our server was super nice and attentive. Since it was our first time there, we weren’t sure what to order, but the server was very patient and gave us time to decide without rushing us. The place was really clean and smelled so good! Even the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus. And the food? Absolutely delicious we loved everything! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant with great ambiance, service & food! I picked this place to celebrate my birthday and made a reservation for 10. The staff was able to squeeze us in after I called only a few hours ahead of time. When we arrived the sat us right away, no wait time. Service was great and let me tell you...the food was 100% on point! Everything from appetizers to drinks to entrees were so so good. We got the garlic cheese bread and buffalo chicken bites for starters. I got the chicken pesto pasta, lasagna, spaghetti and all were fantastic. The pizzas were the only food I have to say was "alright". We got the Hawaiian and a create your own with pesto, basil and ricotta cheese. The Hawaiian was really greasy for my personal taste and the crust on both pizzas was really thin caus

We did a walk-in on a busy Sunday evening and were seated right away. This was our first time dining here. It was extremely loud inside, so we asked for an outside table (they have overhead patio heaters), but were told it was booked out for a private event. No biggie. The server took a while to get to us to get our drink and appetizers in and it looked like maybe one person was working the bar... on a Sunday at dinner time. Our appetizers came and we reminded her that we were waiting for our drinks to which she replied "I know, they're working on them" - a very 20 something year old response. 🙄 We ordered the garlic dough balls and burrata which were both magnificent. On the other hand, the pizzas were trash. Two of them had burnt crusts and the third was very greasy. My pizza was COLD. T

I usually love pizzos but they gave us a burnt pizza and we did not open the box until we got home. Very disappointed and can’t believe they would be comfortable serving this to someone. Why not just make a new pizza once you noticed it was overcooked? Also they did not give us sauce for our dough balls. I will not be back
