PJ's Brick Oven Pizza Spring Hill

Moved to this area 1 year ago from MA and have been in search for a good pizza place. First time trying PJ’s so glad we did. It was excellent! We happened to get a Saturday Special- Sicilian (thick crust) . We asked for it well done, and it was perfect, crispy on the bottom, nice thick crunchy crust. Had onions, peppers and black olives. Very tasty. The young lady we ordered from was very nice and the gentleman making the pizza even came over to our table to check on what our toppings, he wanted to make sure he got it right! We will definitely be back!

Don’t buy the Philly. Very minimal meat. Just enough for them to be able to call it a sandwich.

I order delivery from here almost every Friday & I thought I’d switch it up to wings & pizza this time. the wings did not disappoint!! Better than any other pizza place & beats wing spots. AMAZING. 10/10 - Great job yall

Well, how do I put this? Subpar pizza. When I think of a brick oven pizza, I think of a special kind of bubbling crust. This is just pre-made pizza dough. No real love was put into this pizza; it was just thrown together, thrown in a brick oven, and heated up. It tastes elementary and has an odd flavor. We did order the wings, and they were cooked well. But once again, another disappointing pizza shop. Once you've had delicious pizza, nothing else stands a chance. I'll be sticking the Giannis in Hudson, even though I have to drive there myself to pick it up.

The best pizza in Spring Hill and Brooksville we had half sausage and half chicken it was delicious and the pizza was perfectly cooked we definitely will be eating here more often
